Chapter II — Love & Pain
We learn to love before we learn how to lose.
Chapter II lives in the space between holding on and letting go—the messages we almost send, the people we pretend not to miss, and the walls we build after caring too much.
Love and pain were never opposites.
The deepest hurt usually begins with something that once mattered.
So we become colder. We say we don't care. We deny access. We replay old conversations at 4:20 in the morning. We move forward while parts of us still look back.
Chapter II lives in those moments—the attachment, the distance, the memories, the defenses, and everything we carry after.
Each piece tells a different part of that story.
Because healing doesn't always mean forgetting.
Sometimes it means learning to live with what remains.
SOME THINGS LEAVE. THE MARK STAYS.
